Returns are accepted as long as the piece is in perfect condition, with its original packaging , has not been used and no more than 14 days have passed from the date of purchase. The full refund will be processed in the same way in which it was paid within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise.

Returns must be sent to our Returns Service Center under the responsibility and expense of the buyer, attaching the purchase receipt.

As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the courier's receipt as proof of delivery of your package. Returns will not be accepted in store.

In the case of defective items due to a manufacturing defect, ELENA CARRERA JEWELS will replace the item with a new one with identical characteristics. We are at your disposal for any questions you may have in this regard.
